You can export your contacts by going to MY CONTACTS > CONTACTS & GROUPS. You'll find a download button next to each list and group in your account. You have the choice to download all of your active contacts, opt-out contacts, invalid contacts, or any of your individual groups. 

Also, all of our lists are in the same format needed to upload contacts. So, if you need to move contacts around in bulk, you can do it.
