This would be achieved with multiple keywords. For example the message flow would look like this:

User Action 1: Text KEYWORD1 to 24587

Response 1: Thanks for texting. Please reply with KEYWORD2 and YOUR ACCOUNT NUMBER and SERVICES.

User Action 2: KEYWORD2 12345 I'd like XYZ services please

Response 2: Thanks, we received your message! We'll get back to you soon. 


The responses in "User Action 2" would show in the INBOX in your Mozeo Dashboard. By having them include KEYWORD2 in the first part of the message that is what will trigger the auto-response!

Please Note: We use KEYWORD just as an example. You would need to purchase and use your own keywords.
