How do I pause/stop a Keyword from working?

In your dashboard go to AUTORESPONDERS > MOBILE KEYWORDS. Once there, you'll notice an edit button next to each keyword.

Click that to set the status of your keyword to off. Once there, you'll see a control labeled Status. Toggle the switch to off.
