There have been a bunch of changes in the way Internet Service Providers (ISPs), like Google, Yahoo, and Microsoft, deal with bulk email senders. Because of these changes, we can no longer send email from domain addresses we don't own, control, or have sending rights with. By default, all email will send from our address: firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you want to use your own email address, we recommend you contact us below to set up a custom IP address ($30/month) and your own DKIM and SPF authentication settings. Doing this allows us to send using your email address, which can help improve your delivery rates and make your campaigns look more professional.
Using your own domain will:
Remove the default sending address (email@example.com) and send from your address.
It will help your campaigns arrive in subscriber inboxes, rather than spam or junk folders.
Please Note: To do this, you’ll need to make a few changes in your DNS records so you may want to ask your website manager or domain registrar for help.
