The inbox allows you to have two-way conversations.

If people text your number or you send a single message to someone, a new conversation is created in your inbox. We keep your conversations, open or closed, nested in the left-hand panel of the inbox so you always have access to them. Plus, you have plenty of controls throughout the inbox to help you manage the experience.
