Go to TEXT MESSAGING > SEND BULK MESSAGES. Once there, you'll see a list of your messages. Click the report button to view the message status and report.

Please note, there are several statuses to be aware of. You'll find them right on screen.

Final message delivery does come down to the mobile carrier and the particular handset(s). If you suspect someone is not getting a message, please send us their number and we can check what might be going on.
