Our system automatically knows if a number is a home line or a mobile line. When you send a text message, our system automatically checks every number to see if they are valid. If an invalid phone number is found, we remove it from your database right away and put it in your invalid contact list.

We will charge you message credits until the contact becomes fully invalid. It may take a few tries for our systems to catch the number or email and know we can't deliver messages to it. After that, we remove the contact from your active contacts to ensure we don't send to it again.
